Kasi Lynn Clausen: I am a highly motivated and driven multi-tasker that loves helping people including myself live a healthier life through fitness, accountability, and motivation. I am passionate about helping others realize their own potential and helping them achieve things they never thought possible! I have been through a lot in life. I have lived in many places and have had a lot of experiences that taught me a lot about life, love, and family. I am open minded and very aware of my surroundings. I have learned that some of the most amazing people are the ones most people would never consider talking to. I have learned that in life, you cannot inspire someone to truly take action and change with words alone….. You have to set the example and be willing to take action yourself. I have learned to reach outside of my comfort level so that I would be successful at completing my own goals and tasks. Because of this, I strive to be in a constant state of growth via personal development and new challenges. I am spiritually lead and extremely passionate about my community.
